Of everything I learned from operating retirement residences, one thing stands out: everyone would prefer the option to stay in their own home, if it's available to them. Once known as “everyone’s favourite bartender” in the Toronto restaurant scene, Jody brought that people-first approach to Daygar, and progressed from worker to Construction and Client Engagement Specialist. He has technical expertise plus a talent for communication and relationship-building. His experience in hospitality and construction gives him a unique perspective on service and collaboration, ensuring every project runs smoothly and every client feels valued.​
